We accept returns on unworn, unused items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in original condition with tags and packaging.

Non-returnable items: Final sale items, gift cards, and custom or personalized merchandise.

To start a return, email help@ultrasund-services.com with your order number and reason for return. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Once received and approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 14 days and we’ll make it right.
