Payer Packages
Commercial (private) insurers such as BCBS, Aetna, Cigna, UnitedHealthcare and Humana, including their Medicaid and Medicare plans. Each company counts as one payer. Every package includes CAQH setup, ERA/EDI enrollment where supported, and a close-out with your approvals and effective dates.

Payment flexibility: Financing through Afterpay or Affirm may be available at checkout, subject to the provider's terms and approval. Government and payer application fees, such as the Medicare fee ($750 per location for 2026), are paid separately by the client.

- Private Medicaid plans (like Humana Healthy Horizons) count as commercial payers in a package
- Additional location: $300 where enrolled separately
- Medicare-first sequencing where the state requires it
- State Medicaid fees, if any, paid by the client
